BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Pauline Wrigley, Managing Director

Pauline has over 20 years experience in industry. She is a Director of BR Training and has worked in leadership development and training since 1993. Pauline is well known to a number of ITOs and has a proven record of providing quality training in business. She has established BR Training on values of strong client relationships, and programmes that are recognised as of top quality, producing deliverables, and customised.

Rick Johnson, Independent Director

Rick has experience in a variety of governance roles (including in UK registered companies) as well as holding CEO roles in a variety of businesses including export engineering/manufacturing businesses and large national service based companies. Rick was previously the founding Board member of the Utilitech PTE and has been on the Board of BR Training since May 07.

Rick holds management and engineering qualifications and has studied post graduate management at the prestigious Australian Graduate School of Management at the University of NSW in Sydney.

Rick has a passion for training and development of people and seeing companies and individuals achieve their full growth potential.

Colin Wrigley, Director

Colin brings to BR Training experience gained from twenty years in senior management roles in the dairy industry locally and internationally.

Colin is tertiary qualified in Dairy Technology and holds a post graduate diploma in Business Management Studies. Colin has sound operational management experience and a fundamental philosophy of making a difference through supportive management and a commitment to learning and development of people within business.
