What makes our training unique?
It is where we put our emphasis
Did you know:
40% or more of the reason training fails to be effective can be due to the lack of buy in, preparation and commitment from the participant and their Manager. The actual delivery of the training as a reason for failure can be as little as 10%, whilst the lack of implementing the learning back into the workplace can be 40% or greater, that is, it is never applied back into the job. Manager and participant must form a partnership to overcome these staggering statistics.
What BR Training does:
We help you to ensure all of these areas are addressed to maximise the learning experience, time and cost commitment made by the participant and their employer.
So we are not just focused on delivering the training, we understand why training can fail, and we will help you to ensure you get the maximum benefits that training can deliver.
"We provide targeted and focused leadership training that carries on delivering long after we have left"
