What is it?

An entry-level 2-day workshop that:

provides an essential toolkit for new supervisors and team leaders to gain confidence in managing others
is delivered in a practical, and interactive style
challenges supervisors to discuss learning with their managers, and gain support to implement action plans in the workplace

Who is it for?

It is for new supervisors and team leaders, or those with the potential to take on those critical "bottom line" roles.

How is it delivered?

Interactive yet challenging - practical exercises with real life scenarios to bring the content to life
Can be delivered in 2 days but 2.5 days recommended
Ideally customised to suit your needs
Feedback given to individual participants to provide direction for ongoing development
Follow up coaching session to support action plans recommended

40% or more of the reason training fails to be effective can be due to the lack of buy in, preparation and commitment from the participant and their Manager. The actual delivery of the training as a reason for failure can be as little as 10%, whilst the lack of implementing the learning back into the workplace can be 40% or greater, that is it is never applied back into the job.

Manager and participant must form a partnership to overcome these staggering statistics.
