What is it?
The ESITO Supervisory Programme is a training programme for supervisors specifically designed to meet the requirements of the Electricity Supply Industry. After successful completion of the programme, candidates will receive the National Certificate in Business (First Line Management) Level 3. It is a recognised qualification that: - improves skills by integrating learning back into the workplace
- uses workplace assessment to ensure relevance
- involves managers to support the learning
Who is it for?
Anyone who is in a team leader or supervisor role who has had no formal management training, or a staff member who is seeking promotion into a supervisory role. The qualification and training: The programme comprises of six modules. Each module is delivered with sufficient time in between for a coaching session with the trainer to complete assessment tasks.
