

BR TRAINING FACILITATORSAllan Junge has over 40 years of experience in the electricity supply industry where he has worked in operations, human resource management and training up to senior management level. He has also been providing training and assessment services for over 10 years to the Electricity Supply industry, and specifically to Northpower Foremen for the last 2 - 3 years. Allan is respected for the quality of the programmes he delivers. Andrew McFadden has worked in the Corporate, Social Services and Not-for-profit sectors. His professional interests are in the areas of individual and team development, leadership, communication, and behaviour change. Andrew is passionate about creating lasting change in the lives of others through the delivery of quality programs that provide meaningful and tangible benefits. Andrew has experience in a broad range of contexts, from the development and implementation of vocational training programs for people with disabilities, through to team development and coaching with senior management teams. He has worked with many organisations including Fonterra, IRD, Hospice Waikato, Metso Minerals, Timberland. Doris MacGibbon celebrates over two decades of involvement in the New Zealand business world. Over this time Doris has continued with her passion for knowing more about people and how they can achieve their full potential and is a Certified Master Practitioner of NLP (Nuero linguistic programming) in business communication (NLPTA). Doris believes that common sense and open communication are what lubricate good business practice and that creativity is the key to effective learning. Doris is well known in the Waikato for her training and coaching skills and has vast experience in a range of industries, including electricity supply, hydro electrical generation, not-for-profit, manufacturing, mining, food processing, government and local body, dairy, and research - to name a few. She has worked extensively with executive management teams, through to general workforce. Helen McPhun has many years international and New Zealand experience delivering high quality customised training in business to diploma and senior management levels, adult education, project management, workplace assessment and moderation, leadership and team development, customer service, small business management, marketing, performance management, tourism and computers. Helen has a sound educational background and a flair for ensuring any NZQA linked programmes are complemented with fun and creative assessment activities. She is energetic and passionate and works effectively with all types of businesses and groups. Shirley Wall has 20 years experience in tertiary education. Her teaching experience ranges from Level 3 NZQA Unit Standards through to Degree and Graduate Diploma, in the areas of IT and Business. Shirley has a background in Business Administration, and supports her experience with a Bachelor of Information Technology, a Bachelor of Education (Adult Education) and a Graduate Diploma of Information Technology in Education. Shirley is committed to supporting trainees in applying their new found skills to real world business applications. Annette Richards Annette is a qualified and accredited coach, user of MTR-I (Management Team Roles Indicator), and member of the HR Institute of NZ. Annette has worked extensively within organizations as Education and Training Manager, HR Manager in the telecommunications sector and privately as a coach and business facilitator. Annette has a warm engaging style that is successful in developing skills and behaviours both one2one and in training environments, with CEO's through to entry level supervisors. Brent Nilsen Brent has over 15 years experience in management, human resources, workplace and academic facilitation, inBrent’s technical and high level management qualifications means he is comfortable working with members at all levels of an organisation. |
