  • Self directed study
  • Individual coaching
  • Interviews
  • ther "evidence gathering" exercises such as manager attestations, verified workplace documentation, observation of participant completing work activities

 

Generally a "mixed mode" of learning works best around an individualised training plan that recognises the "busy-ness" of managers and ensures a process that fits work commitments, and  the programme has structured individual coaching built in to ensure good outcomes.

 

Who is the qualification for?

This qualification recognises the broad base of technical business competence required for people who work within:

  • business related roles
  • people in middle management and supervisory positions aspiring to progress their management and business careers
  • people wishing to extend their business skills.

 

Where can this qualification lead?

It can lead to higher level qualifications requiring a greater level of specialisation and competence including the National Diploma in Business (Level 6) and may be complemented in the workplace with highly customised workshops for middle to senior managers to address specific business needs- eg Leadership and Visioning, Developing team culture, Emotional Intelligence, Career resilience
