OUR TRAINING APPROACH FOR NCBA

Key Outcomes

A proven, successful two–tiered approach to delivering Business Administration development

  • Individual performance development through application of the learning and a subject focused modular approach to coaching.
  • Achievement of an NZQA qualification through workplace based tasks and activities using naturally occurring situations ensuring fit for purpose and relevance.

Principles for Delivery

Self-development focus enables participants to identify strengths and development areas, through

  • Self-assessment questionnaires.
  • Attestations from managers and team members for feedback.

Active involvement of managers of participants by

  • Supporting the application of the learning.
  • Providing feedback and coaching.
  • Liaising with BR Training coach to discuss progress or concerns.

Coaching ensures

  • Learning is relevant to the needs of the individual.
  • The candidate remains motivated through the development of a good working relationship.

Optional additional workshops

  • For specific computing skills.
  • Delivered at the candidates workplace.
  • Training need identified through initial skills analysis conducted by BR Training.

Flexibility

Candidates are presented with modularised learning resources and an assessment plan with quarterly completion milestones. Coaching is subject focused and delivered in line with the modularised learning resources; quarterly completion milestones allow candidates to manage their assessment workload in line with changing work priorities and volumes.

If you have a group of Business Administrators, learning can be delivered through group coaching or workshop sessions, with group assessment preparation for similar assessments.
