NZQA QUALIFICATION PATHWAYS

NZQA qualifications are nationally recognized qualifications designed to meet the needs of the individual learner. The NZQA framework is made up of building blocks of competencies, called unit standards; a collection of appropriate unit standards is what then makes up a qualification. At BR Training we can support your development on a Business, Business Administration and/or Adult Education pathway to help you achieve your qualification goals.

The benefit of an NZQA qualification is that although the qualification outcome is generic (e.g. National Certificate in Business Administration/Business/Adult Education), the pathway taken to achieve that outcome is specific to each individual.

We take time upfront to get to know each of our candidates, to understand the requirements of their industry, their role, their background and experience, and also their aspirations. Each pathway is customized to meet all of these needs, and we are proud to deliver qualifications that are real, and relevant to our learners needs.

Just as the content is customized to the individual, so is the delivery. Most of our programmes are made up of an appropriate combination of workshop style events and face to face coaching, which support the workplace based assessment process. Our facilitators and assessors are accessible to their candidates remotely at any stage, creating a personal experience overall.
