Small and simple actions can engage your staff, make them feel valued and keep them happy for a while longer, while you put in place long term strategies for your and their survival.

Hot cross buns and Easter eggs delivered at morning tea
An hour extra for lunch occasionally for dealing with all those extra tasks that these financial times bring to everyone
A friendly message of appreciation for the work done recently
A bit of fun in a gloomy day

AND an hour or two of coaching from a professional coach is also a wonderful short sharp injection of additional skills for the individual’s tool box, which has a low level payout for such an investment that keeps on going.
